If you registered on-line last year, please login before trying to register for 2020 spring ball. If you are new to on-line registration, you will need to create a user name and password.
The Longmeadow Softball Association has become a member of Little League Softball, Massachusetts District 2. This is the fastest growing district in Massachusetts and includes surrounding towns such as Chicopee, Holyoke, Agawam and Westfield. We are excited about the opportunities this change will bring to our program, especially in the Rookie and 10U divisions. Little League Softball rules will allow our youngest players to develop core softball skills and have earlier exposure to rules such as stealing. We also anticipate having a greater variety of competition compared to NEYSA. We remain a Park & Recreation program and will continue to accept registration from all interested female players between 1st and 8th grades.
Age rules remain unchanged; please register players based on age as of Jan 1, 2020. If a player was 10 years old on Jan 1, 2020 and turns 11 on March 1, 2020: league age is 10 years old and the player should register in 10U division.
We will hold evaluations in March, dates and times to be announced soon.
